Very easy access in a car - Just at the end of the tunnel (on payment of $7.50 toll). An hours walk to Manhattan and half an hour to Brooklyn Bridge at a good pace. Half an hours drive to Coney Island. Excellent free parking that appears secure. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quite good location: about 15 minutes of walking to subway station (Carroll St). Nice quiet district. Rooms are spacious & clean. There are fridge, microwave oven, TV-set there. Friendly staff.
所有评语 » Free parking fast check in. Not too busy. Location not to far from Manhattan other cities and jersey. Nice tolietries. Good spot for smokers the windows open. Compared with other places, it's inexpensive. The B61 bus comes often enough and can take you to the subway. Rooms were cleaner than expected and staff was very helpful. The staff was pleasant and very helpful . All in order, relaxing stay. The room had a refrigerator & microwave which is useful. The area is nondescript and far from subways. However, Red Hook has many good restaurants especially for brunch. They are struggling since Super Storm Sandy. The place was affordable and the staff were nice. The room was not the cleanest but it was good enough. The atmosphere was good and comfortable. Overall a good experience. kind and polite staff members (apart from manager), reasonable location with a good connection to the city ( Manhattan), reasonably priced. The privacy and comfort. I loved it and i will be back. Need some deals for the room. Staff were friendy clean and a good chinese delivery service for take away. This hotel was adequate for our needs as we needed a fridge and microwave. The price was good. The price is good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough, they cleaned it every day. The bed was comfortable. Adequate. Free parking. the location. Nothing at all!!! Booking should refund my money for this night. easy access to bus service. Absolutely nothing. Good Soap. No local amenities and a 15 minute walk from nearest public transport. Room quite small but comfortable enough for a few nights. very close to docklands that are still being redeveloped but it didn't feel unsafe. In a few years the area will have been redeveloped and will be nice. There is no kettle in the room. Not too many attractions in area. It's quite a small place. The location was difficult to get to, not well know to yellow cab taxi drivers or even people in the neighborhood when asking for directions. Very far from transit system. Need own car or they could offer shuttle services. I have no comments. Asked repeatedly for a non-smoking room but the entire motor inn smelled of smoke and we had to keep the window open all day to air out the room. Sign in elevator says it is a non-smoking motel but that is not true. Blanket & tub had cigarette burns on them. It was at least a fifteen minute walk to the nearest subway station. You have to walk through an area that seems a little shady...under a bridge. The other option was to take the bus to a metro station and transfer which was time consuming. The manager was very impolite, boardering with being rude. In the middle of our stay he cancelled our reservation on letsbookhotel.com (without our knowledge and consent) and when we complained he threatened us with a higher price. Need better pillows. Mangement nows nothing about cricket :). No tea / coffee making facilities, not even in the foyer, that is important for travellers when shops are quite a walk away. It was also difficult to find when accessing from subway. Ask for a room not facing the tunnel entrance!. The smell of cigarette smoke was pungent. Check out was bad at 12 pm they took our bag without notice to us while we was out in the city, they should to wait and charge more if require, the parking is open and ir not safe place , difficult to go to city by walk. There was no WiFi during four days I asked them no they said they will fix it but no results. There wasn't a restaurant, so we couldn't grab a cup of tea or coffee anywhere close in the evening, all the cafes and restaurants quite far, closer to the subway. No signs of where Vending machine and ice machine location...seeing mice running. Very small room. Shower curtain had large dirty hand prints. Neighborhood has nothing. My room smell very bad and hot. I would not recomm this hotel to anyone. I stayed in NY for five more days and I stayed some where else. stuffy rooms ,too noisy,cigarette smoking in a non -smoking area. Staff are terrible. They are unwilling to work with you even for the simplest requests. Couldn't even get me a 30 minutes early check-in, and then wouldn't allow my guest inside because she was not 21 years old. She has to wait at the lobby which was embarrassing and unprofesional. No sign of customer service, just rude front-desk clerk and a very rude manager. I will never stay at this place, and I do not recommend it to anyone. Terrible experience ever. The owner is a Prick. this hotel is very noisy in all night. very bad arroundings.
