  Location was excellent with the light rail outside. Room was generally quiet and very clean. Check in staff were efficient and welcomed us with smiles and good local advise.   I love the location and the ambiance, the house reminds me of home because I used to live in this neighborhood when I lived in Brookline in the 60's and 70's so it was like going home. Included continental breakfast and Internet, which many others did not.   I loved this hotel and have stayed in many. There is a shuttle that brings you to major stops in Cambridge. Super convient and arrives after five mins of calling for only 5$ a day! There is a nice lobby and this is close to Starbucks and Trader joes so no breakfast included isn't a huge loss. Comfy rooms. Nice staff.
