The beds were super soft. Building could use some paint. And the parking lot cleaned maybe throw some plants in. Other than that it was wonderful. We went antique shopping and crystal hot springs. We dined at wingers which is better than Maddox and very reasonable. i liked the fact that I was able to pay in advance and it was what I was told it would be. The cost is cheep showers are good beds are soft heaters worked great.

Wouldnt have paid more that $50 for that room had i seen it first. No anenities nearby. bed was comfortable, view was fabulous. Room was clean. Location was fine. Quiet. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. 1 - breakfast available 2 - location 3 -. Location was great! Room was comfortable. Great location. Location. Location. Great "worst hotel ever" story for family gatherings. The shower did not have enough pressure. Hard to get the shampoo out of hair. not as clean as i would have liked. not a good location for the ice machine. Area where bagels were was not appealing and dirty, i didnt even chance getting coffee. Website shows a very nice indoor pool and hot tub. No such amenities exist any longer. Despise being deceived by deceptive websites. Not good business practices. Eating area could have been cleaner. This was the most rundown Howard Johnson's that I jave ever stayed at. It is in desperate need of a renovation. 1 - maintenance was poor 2 -. Pretty run down - looks like they are in the process of remodeling. The price that I booked was increased at the motel. Disgusting- I mean so bad the sheets were dirty on both sides. If I hadn't already unpacked a car load of luggage and kids, I would have left. I have no right to complain since I actually stayed. I should have left. The pool was out of service and will be until next year said the manager. Not an issue for me but others looking to make reservations ought to know. No swimming pool due to repairs. Only reason we chose this location over one down street was pool. Small room. Not in good repair. poorly maintained, dirty. Door was not locking.Mosquitoes swarmed the place. Alarm clock was not working.Coffee maker was dirty.Overall, did not feel comfortable to stay in this place. The place was a dump, would not stay there again!. As the person who booked the rooms, I was totally humiliated. Poor service Inadequate bedding Noisy plumbing Inadequate hot water for showers Poor continental breakfast (some foods were stale) Grimy eating area Undisclosed as under construction Thankfully it was only for one night - to attend a funeral. I would never stay there again it needs alot of work done to it . it is out dated the bath tub felt like it was going to fall though the room below us . the swimming pool out of service . would not recommend people to stay here !!!!!!!.
