The staff was Awsome..I planned a valentine /hiking get away for my husband. My son joined us. the staff accommodated us very well it was a surpize for my husband...they fixed a basket for suitable for a man. when i couldnt find anything on their website..I called them and they made it happen..kept in contact with me thru email. and i was able to book another room when my son wanted to go hiking with us. the price was great...we got to go to a nice dinner on friday night..then go hiking/caving .
所有评语 » The rooms were clean, the staff that we met were very nice. The room was even larger than we expected. We didn't get to try the breakfasts because we were in late and up late. But I'm sure it was good because lots of guests were enjoying it. The pool was nice and clean, and there was a huge park next tot the building that had horseshoes, swings and stuff for the kids, some soccer goals, and a bbq and picnic tables. My husband and I only stayed for a weekend getaway, but next year plan on taki. The hotel was a great place to stay in Branson. The rooms were very nice and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a refrigerator in the room which was nice to have. There were plenty of towels in the room. The location was excellent. It was just one block off the main strip so it was quick access to the attractions in Branson but since we were not directly on the strip it was very peaceful. Breakfast was included which saved us both time and money. We cannot say enough about the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff. The room was ultra clean, the bed was very comfortable, and having the use of a small refrigerator was very nice. As far as we are concerned, the staff, the facilities and the budget friendly room rate all combined to make our stay extremely pleasant. Twelve Oaks gets an A+! The next time we go to Branson we will plan on staying at the Twelve Oaks Inn. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We were not sure if we would make it before registration office closed at 11:00 pm and at 10:40 the office called to see how we were coming or if we needed to make arrangements for getting our key. Also after we checked out a little stuffed animal was forgotten in the room and we also received a call from the office to let us know. Breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff, nice pool (clean and goes from 3ft to 9ft), and great location! The free continental breakfast had hot biscuits and gravy, cereal(s), oatmeal(s), donuts, toast, milk, juices, coffee, etc. Room was clean with large mini frig, cable tv, coffee, and hairdryer. Best part is we payed half of what it was going to cost elsewhere. We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the room was insulated well. There was no noise from the room next door. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. After a day of walking in Silver Dollar City, it was very relaxing to get into. The location of the Inn was also excellent. We seemed to be in the right spot to get to everywhere we wanted to go. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Twelve Oaks Inn. The staff (every single one of them) are the most friendly and helpful workers we've ever encountered. Even my 15 year old daughter noticed. Also, the location is excellent. Very convenient and close to everything. We would definitely stay there again!. Stop looking and stay here. You won't find a better palce unless you are lookin for a castle.. I research motels consistantly for our travels and this one is #1. We rented the 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 8 (9 if you count the grand baby) it was a nice room, great price, very friendly staff, close to attractions. Room service provided every day we were there. This will be our first choice to stay at for our next vacation to Branson. The staff was as friendly as described, and as expected in a family-run business. The facility was very clean, the refrigerator in the room was a nice size, and it was close to attractions. Be sure to travel about a mile to visit Grandma Ruth's for an excellent cinnamon roll!. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and location was close to the shows and other attractions that we were interested in. Another plus was that it was not located directly on 76, the main road thru town that gets very heavy traffic before and after the shows are scheduled. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, we stayed here before and thought it a great place to stay, good value, compared to other places around. Very clean and taken care of. Even offer a breakfast, with coffee and juice, it is not much but filling, we were very content!. Excellent for Staff, pool, Cleanliness, value and breakfast. They were all very friendly, the guests were their focus. If you needed towels they had them to you. They were fully booked but never heard any noise from outside or the neighbors. Will stay again!. There is nothing negative to say about Twelve Oaks. The bed was a bit too firm. Employees had a table near a breezeway for breaks, I guess. Their smoke nearly choked my daughter due to being sucked down the breezeway. I'm sure they had no idea what was happening because the staff was very considerate otherwise. As others have mentioned, the shower heads are a little low, would be a pain for anyone over 6 foot to wash their heads. Nothing I didn't like. None, I will definitely look booking Twelve Oaks next time. No problems. I did wish they had a little fresh fruit for breakfast. I thought I was getting a 3 bdrm apt but just had enough beds for a 3 bdrm. The front desk staff did not acknowledge me on two separate occasions when I walked in the front office while they were on a phone call. So I just walked out after being ignored after a few minutes. Need more grills setup outside. I would have liked the gravy to have actually had some sausage in it. It would have increased the pleasure of breakfast. There was absolutely nothing about Twelve Oaks Inn that I did not like. The room is kind a small. Since this is an old motel, the carpet needs to be shampooed or change to eliminate musty odor. Breakfast should have eggs or sausage instead of mostly carbohydrates. The only issue I have have is when I booked the room, I reserved a double queen room. When I checked it I was given a double full room!. Breakfast was not the best but helped out need to improve on the biscuits. I think the beds we a little old. Too soft for me. Maybe charge a couple of more dollars to get better breakfast but for the money we paid breakfast was adequate. We assumed that wheel chair friendly and handicap meant the bathroom would have walk-in showers. My wife couldn't take a shower the entire stay. She can barely do a couple of stairs, she can't step over the side of a tub. Every show we saw was checked for no stairs beforehand. The only complaint is that the walls were a bit thin. Not too bad though. Stairs only to 2nd level and being handicapped was not easy. no microwave. Room needed more outlets for personal electronics, low shower head. There was no variation of breakfast foods. wish the rooms had microwaves that's all!. There is nothing to dislike.
