We have stayed here many times due to the cost and location. The breakfast is pretty decent. The staff are always very nice and the location is great; is close to the strip yet not on it. The staff at the Inn were excellent. They worked with me for a room that would help to accomodate my mother. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you. away from all the traffic of Branson, ease of getting to what we wanted to see, scenic-even saw two deer in a wooded area close to the motel.

Thank you for the great stay! :) I would recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Branson!. iwe loved the lay out of the rooms and it wa just like staying at home and everyone was so nice thank you. The staff is wonderful. They are so friendly and helpful. It's also very quiet at Southern Oaks. Our bed was very comfortable, room was clean, staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great!. Our stay was wonderful and we will stay here again....everything was great!!!!. Location, cost, wish I was able to get a room with fridge and microwave. Local, let me cancel a room no charge, nice breakfast,. comfortable beds. The price and location for our trip. no major issues. Nice guy at the desk when I checked in. Employee who saw me in the hall struggling with two cups of bad coffee and unlocked the door for me. Value for the money. It was close to the iMax theater. The pool was nice being with no kids was real nice Eggs sausage and biscuits gravy every morning Awesome. The beds definitely need upgraded; they are very uncomfortable. breakfast room was way to small for the number of people it had to handle, food was good but not as hot as it could have been. We liked everything about about the motel. None. Bottom sheet did not want to stay on the bed. nothing, would stay at Southern Oaks Inn again & again!. At this time there was nothing I did not like. Spider x2 in room, shower extremely short, could hear people upstairs. water pressure in room,. Air conditioner not working properly, breakfast area too crowded, out of juice and coffee & vending machines didn't work!!!. there is nothing spectacular about this hotel. Everything is very average. Would be nice if it had a hot tub though. Even for late June both pools were very cold. The beds were very uncomfortable. It felt as though we were sleeping on cardboard. The pillows were flat. The "one" blanket for two beds was warn out and dirty looking. It felt as though bugs were biting us. We were itchy. Other not-so-nice guy at the desk when I checked in. Signs on everything. Breakfast. Coffee. The beds were not comfortable and the breakfast wasn't the best!.
