She was able to keep us all together and was very polite even through all the stress.   The room design was nice and the décor excellent. The bathroom was nicely appointed. Breakfast was nicely done on our first day, we ate early. - This hotel is excellent and I would rate it a 10. I will highly recommend it to friends and colleagues.
