  I like that it was clean and there wasn't a lot of people walking around outside. Also, they were nice enough to refund my money back for one of my rooms because the other guest didn't show up. It was better than I thought it would be it wasn't like a lot of the reviews and said. The location is good. I will always stay here when I go to Shreveport/Bossier City. The inexpensive rates are a great bargin for these clean and comfortable rooms.

The Breakfast was the best I've had including Embassy Suites for the price. I left a package by mistake and they helped me retrieve it via UPS. The room was clean and building felt like it had been just built. This was by far the best hotel I've stayed in in the last 3 years.

  Everyone was so friendly. The staff was great especially the staff at the restaurant and bar. Love the pool and the area around it. So relaxing. The rooms are so comfortable and clean.   The staff the next morning were all happy and singing be extremely nice to us. You don't get that friendly service usually anywhere anymore. - I loved the jacuzzi in the room, best of any other I have stayed at.
