My husband and I stayed at this hotel with the intent of just having a place to crash on our vacation further north. What a pleasant surprise! Rooms were clean, staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing! It was the best continental breakfast we have ever had. It should be known that management does not allow you to keep your bikes in the room but are willing to store them for you. (Apparently, previous customers damaged the rooms with their bikes).
所有评语 » Everything about Blue Mountain was nice, even when someone wrote "Love you Babe, Sexy Truck" on our truck windows. It was not the fault of bm. Sorta funny when you think about our being in our mid 60'S. very accommodating. We had a big truck and trailer and they let us park in the front for safety. Motel was fine. Staff was greatly helpful and curteous, which provided for a workable stay. location to Canyonlands National Park. Restaurant was outstanding-good food at good price. Felt the staff worked very hard to keep the rooms and breakfast area's clean. Friendly staff. Near a small museum with a kiva which you could enter. Room was clean, the man at the desk friendly. Good place to stay. The beds were comfortable and rooms large. Breakfast was great. NIce hotel. Great staff, clean. Easily asscessed. Great Breakfast, comfort facilities and location. bed was comfotable. Room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I liked the breakfast. Value for the money. Ok on our route. Friendly staff. All you can eat hot breakfast buffet was good. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Reasonably priced. easy to book the room, room was clean and comfortable. Evening staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are big. I liked the TV, the fridge and microwave. The beds are comfortable. Bed was comfortable and nice size rooms. good breakfast spread good location. Room and swimmingpool were great. It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was helpful. They had a crib available and it worked out great. Was able to extend checkout time. We have been fighting bed bugs since we came home. Found them in our suit case. Compensation for a pool that could not be used. Room was neat and clean. The room was huge. Not much!. Only complaint is that our sink was backed up. Management corrected it right away. The back doors were not key activated. They were left open so anyone could stroll the hallways. No fitness center. letsbookhotel.com or an other's work regarding reservations resulted in obtaining one motel room when two rooms had been requested, all of which had through direct telephone calls been verified as to the length of stay and the number of rooms needed. nothing-no negative. Had some problems with my reservation. Did not care for the closest restaurant. Info on hotel name needs to be updated by booking company as we could find nothing under that name. It is now a Quality Inn. No elevator. Took shower water a long time to heat up. Other than that stay was great. wifi didn't workthe 2 days we were there. Hot tub was not heated so couldn't stand to be in it!. At no point before arriving were we made aware that the town was alcohol free. It was a long way from anywhere. The hotel itself was tired and needed work. Too much garbage piled up in the trash cans outside the entries. Wifi didn't work. Wasn't aware that this property was now a Quality Inn. As such, I drove past it as I tried to find the "Blue Mountain Inn". Also, some problem caused the pool to be not operational during our stay. Showers were cold in the evenings. Sometimes showers were warm in the morning. Our 4 day reservation only showed as 2 days at hotel but was fixed when showed hard copy online reservation. Hotel did not respond to email questions before our stay. In room we found two notes that said "Do not stay here !!!!" I would have hoped that housekeeping would have removed such disconcerting notes. coffee pot in room but no coffee or filters. No coffee available at front lounge. Breakfast not served until 6:30 am so hunters, truck drivers and early travelers had no breakfast or morning coffee. morning staff had coffee made but would not put it out till 6:30. Most motels have 6:am breakfast. Will look for a different motel next time in blanding. We went to our rooms when we checked in and they had not been made up (at 3:30 in the PM). The swimming pool and hot tub say they are open 24 hrs but they closed them at 11:00 pm. The exercise room and computer both were "out of order". Had problems getting the shower too be hot and the hot tub Was COLD! The reason I picked that hotel was for the hot tub so that sucked. Would of been nice to have a ice machine that worked. Breakfast was not ok. Not enough choice. We didn't feel very welcome. The staff was not so friendly. None of them seemed too pleased to work there. Somewhat uncomfortable. The ceiling was leaking. Clerk did not honor my hotel rate until I showed him proof from letsbookhotel.com. No remote in room for tv. Chose to stay here mostly so the kids could play in the pool. Pool was freezing and so they just played in the hot tub. Shower was luke warm at best. Information booklet found in room not up to date with actual information in hotel .I.E. book indicated breakfast was at 6 but actually is at 6:30. Book indicates no wi-fi password required but cover page of book lists the password. We got bed bugs. Will never stay at the hotel again. Cost me 400 dollars to get them out of my house. A pool that was closed from a health inspector and staff had to be informed by me that it was posted as such. Facility "lost" our reservations (being a Sunday night, they were able to fit us in). Pool area was dirty and unkempt. Continental breakfast was a "joke". No coffee, juice or milk. Attendant totally unprofessional, lackadaisical and non-caring. Very Bad!. The staff (with the exception of night desk guy) were rude and aggressive. Example:- the woman serving breakfast, which was chaotic and inedible, screeched "I'll get it when I can!" when asked for some milk. We moved out and ate brekky at Yak's Center Street Cafe, 140 N Hwy 191 - fantastic!. Inn had no hot water until complained for the second time. The bed was terrible. Quality Inn did not have my reservation from letsbookhotel.com. Facility is old, run down and needs a lot of improvement. Will not stay in any Quality Inns again. This is the second one on a 10 day trip and both were almost the same. Terrible for the cost!.
