  The helpfulness of staff guiding me with directions to find Misty Mountain Model RailRoad Museum. Staff was very gentle and caring with detailed route. :) The staff were very inviting and friendly. - the staff was wonderful esp the older woman in the breakfast area. very warm a cozy and shower had good water pressure
