  Customer service was above and beyond when my boyfriend wanted to set up a room to propose to me in, they handled everything and did it fast enough that I never knew! ;) - Needless to say, the BEDS! I love Hampton's beds. But that being said, the staff were wonderful and the overall experience was excellent.

Hotel was quiet, as was my room near the back of the hotel facing another street. - The location. I was there for a surgical procedure at UAB Hospital. Being able to stay there and not have to fight traffic was beneficial to me and my family. I would definitely stay there again, hopefully the next time for pleasure.
