The place was nicely updated, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of area to walk our dog too. When the power went out in the building we were in, they moved us to another room. With no problems. Although we did not use it, the pool looked very clean and heated.
This is a good value oriented stay in Bigfork. Easy location to all Bigfork and Flathead has to offer in a straightforward motel. Room was clean and there were families enjoying the pool and nice view back at the mountains.

The room was very clean, but kind of had a funny chemical scent.
Bed was a little hard and rooms are dated but clean. The breakfast is simple.
Out of "poop" bags in dog area. Mentioned several times but never refilled.
The person at the desk could not even look up when I said 'good morning' and 'thank you' for the coffee. The motor cycles arriving in the night was a real pain.

Rooms are slightly outdated but most people go to this part of the country to be in the outdoors, not stay in a hotel. Bed were comfortable, which was just fine with me!.

Didn't like that the pool, spa and sauna was closed. It was hot while we were there and didn't know it was gonna be closed when we were there.
hot top was not open yet for the season.
the hot tub was not ready we needed a soak--everything else was just grand.
Did require some dusting on the lampshades. There eating area only consists of two tables and roughly fifty rooms.
Carpet was pretty grungy. Air conditioner was too loud to sleep with. The "continental breakfast" was served in the tiny office, but there wasn't anything that looked appealing enough to try.
can'T see the lake. breakfast pretty slim. no elevator. showing quite A bit of wear.
Mattresses need replacing. Pool and Hot tub could be kept cleaner.
The lobby/dining area is too small. Thank you for the continental breakfast, but make it a little more roomy by putting in one large conference type table rather than two small tables. Perhaps put outdoor tables too.

Promised king size bed..not available. Shower water alternated between very hot or very cold during shower. Facility in need of facelift and overhaul of rooms.
Poor handicap facilities, your staff doesn't know the difference between a tub and roll in shower. Bathroom is inaccesible and a regular wheelchair does't fit thru the door.
