I liked the 3 restaurant options (bar in the lobby, the grille, and the steak house). I'm always in a rush in the morning when I travel for business so I really appreciated the quick continental style breakfast available at the lobby bar. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I loved the access to the metro I loved the workout room The popcorn and lemon water in the lobby in the afternoons was great and perfect after a long day I loved the convenience of the taxis in front of the hote.
所有评语 » The hotel is centrally located, with the metro stop there and very only a couple of blocks to a lot of restaurants of every type. The hotel is a little dated, especially in the bathrooms, but is very clean, and very well taken care of. The room rates are very reasonable. The metro center was just outside of the hotel, less than a block away. That was PERFECT! The beds were fairly comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Very close to restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping district. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was beside the metro station and there were taxis avaliable all the time. Staff was incredibly nice & attentive. Room was comfy and clean. Location was excellent. My kids loved the pool & the free lemonade in the late afternoon. location near Metro was great. Pool location and hours and upkeep was great. Very quiet hotel with beautiful accommodations. Every staff member was so friendly!. Morton's was great. I would have been stranded in the hotel during a snow storm with no dinner options in the hotel if Morton's had not been attached. Excellent lay-out; accessibility to parking; presence of Morton's on site; clean and spacious room; easy reservation. Will definitely use site again. The temp of hot tub at pool is perfect. Location Size of room They gave us free Internet and refrigerator for the week. I've stayed a number of times and always find the rooms clean and comfortable. Room is big. I didn't have much of a need for it on this trip, so wandering to the lobby to be able to log on to the free wi-fi was ok. Had I been traveling for business, I would have been more irritated. The pool reaked of clorine. It turned my silver ring black. The breakfast food was expensive. We found a little shop less than a block away to buy breakfast instead. Nothing. Daily Grill was way overpriced for the food provided. Not conducive to families with children. Restaurant in the hotel was poor and the service was bad. front desk was somewhat confused at times. Traffic, but that's not your fault!. Bathroom course use a little caulk. No safe in the room. Air con noisy. Powdered milk for tea. Bathroom and carpet needs to be updated. Towels are small and getting old,need to be replaced. The noise was bad. People called our room on accident both nights. It got to be very annoying. Food somewhat expensive. No fridge unless you pay 25$. Noisy. All four nights were unacceptably noisy. Staff sent security up to check into noise when I called the desk and it stopped for a short while but it was still in my opinion unacceptable. I paid double for parking because I didn't realise I was charged on my bill and also paid exiting the garage when I went in and out. The pool was highly chlorinated dirty and crowded. Breakfast. That it took over an hour to be processed. I had to retrieve my laptop from the Parking Garage, scroll through it until I found the Confirmation of my booking, show it to the Desk Staff before being given a roomkey. On a no smoking floor but some one on floor was smoking. When hotel was notified by an occupant of another room they staff did there best to remedy the situation,. The food for the Sjogren's Syndrome convention was as bad as I've had in a decent quality hotel in years. Please...I don't care if the convention is low budget, there is no excuse for the poor quality food - beyond over-cooked and tasteless. You guys really nickel and dime your customers. Charging for the bottle of water in the room just made me feel screwed over after my long journey. If you really want people to feel at home, have the water, parking, and internet included in the price. the hotel needs to be refreshed. Staff was inattentive to needs of family member whose room flooded with raw sewage. Staff told him they were "all filled up". Other family member complained to no avail about construction noise going on throughout the night. Reservation mix up with Bookings.com regarding reservation for our son. Also, hostess in the continental breakfast area confronted us about paying after we already had.
