Rooms were comfortable and large. Front desk person was considerate, calling to make sure of my arrival even when I forgot to make a confirmation call. I'll be sure to place a reservation here again next year if I can afford the time off. THe friendly approach of the staff and the manager, Ken Patel. He was particularly interested in helping in any way he could to make our stay pleasant, The room was quiet and clean. The total experience was a bargain for the price.
所有评语 » For the price, the hotel was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and I would stay there again. The motel was quiet and very comfortable. Its location was central to all areas of Bellevue and Omaha. Friendly & helpful staff; close to highway. Convenience for what we needed. Very helpful staff great value. Price and location for College World Series. Room was clean. The staff was pleasant. The room was clean. It was available during the College Baseball World Series. It was somewhat clean. Room layout wasn't that appealing; sink was located outside the bathroom. The room was small, especially with a king size bed installed. No cons. Nothing. Amenities not top-notch, but considering the price still o.k. Could buy new pillows. DO not use stained ones. Need to use fabric softner, towels were so scratchy they were almost unusable. Advertised breakfast was almost non -existant. The contintental breakfast consisted of donuts and coffee/juice--we were expecting a bit more. Sink in the sleeping area. Had a slight musty odor in the lobby and hallways. Toilet took awhile to fill tank. Hear noises from hallway and other rooms. Didn't have an iron in every room!. I was initially treated pooly because I use a guide dog. After a short, intense conversation in a language other than English between a front desk staffer and a manager via phone, I was permitted to register, but I was resoundingly lectured about how I should have notified the hotel in advance as to the dog's presence at the facility. The online site through which I booked the room did not include any questions in its booking procedure about service animals. The outside was not kept up well at all. Thankfully the inside was in better condition. The bed was very hard. Shower had hair in it, comforters had weird stains in them, oh ya, and after me and my boyfriend got back for the night there was another couple in our room with our stuff. We went down to the front desk and were moved to a different room that reeked of smoke and were offered no compensation. Needless to say it was not a pleasant stay.
