This hotel was very nice. I'm single and traveled to meet a friend I booked at MCM because they had a bar there. Was very nice if your traveling to meet someone this is the place. I will be going back!! Rhett from Louisiana. My wife and I enjoyed the comfort of the room very much. Would have taken the bed home with us. It was pet friendly and we needed that. All the employees were extremely courteous and kind. The atmosphere was great.

The room was beautiful and room service was excellent. The food was superb. Convention center. We caught on down day for a luxurious economical stop over. Great property! Service and amenities are the best in Beaumont. Restaurant / Tavern was great. Room confortable and clean. We loved everything about this place!!!!. It was very clean. I will come back. Staff was very friendly and polite. The cleanliness of the hotel. Bed was super comfortable!!!!. The room was excellent!. nice furnishings price. The Lobby & surroundings was clean and nice moderate. My room was okay and the elevator was clean & fast. Nice room extras like refrigerator & microwave. Quiet and staff are accommodating. location. I loved everything!!!. We didn't have hardly any hot water. We called the desk about 9:00 P.M. and told them and they said they would send someone from security to check it out and we never got any hot water, even the next morning. Other than that is was a great stay. Nothing - it was all good. Nothing. Need the Golf Channel Express checkout would be nice with billing delivered to room. My room smelled like mildew. No continental breakfast. The ice machine and soda machine out of order on 4th floor. The restaurant experience was bad as well. Got over charged for an item i was told would be complimentary. Backing of bottom soap dish, headboard & top of TV cabinet needs attention. Room 316. I was a little worried about the sheets being clean because they were not tight & I had not sit on the beds. I checked the other bed & it was the same way so I assumed they were clean. A little uneasy feeling. But, the beds & linens were very comfortable. I liked the choice of pillows as well! I found one just perfect. The bathroom was not moderate and not very clean. I don't like to see rust stains and yellow stains in tub or sink. The rack over tub has rusty stains too which the clean towels are place on. The tv did not have the best reception. The refrigerator freezer didn't keep my bluebell ice-cream frozen that I purchase in your hotel to eat later because your restaurant was closing before I got back from the movie theater. Remote for TV didn't work. Requested new one after an hour & calling again received remote & it didn't work. Also there was a school conference over 200 teenagers which no one made us aware about until.after checking in. The place needed some update such as the gym and restrooms. it felt like it had not been updated since it was built- very run down- only one working elevator at check out on a saturday am.
