I found the french doors leading to our private spa created a close to magical setting! And the waters (my first experience with mineral soaking) seemed to have an almost immediate affect on my very tense neck and shoulders, a very welcome surprise! I especially appreciated the serene environment, the walking trails,and the pool looked SOOOO inviting! The staff I encountered were all pleasant and helpful, and I appreciated the option of dropping off my check out envelope in the basket. Our stay.
所有评语 » Sycamore Springs is a great place to relax, enjoy peace and quiet, or go to the beach or shopping. There are trails, the labyrinth, the mineral spring tubs and a wonderful spa. EVerything is spread out and situated so that you feel that you're at a small intimate place. We appreciated the accommodations, as we had two rooms and several family members over the course of three nights for a wedding. It all went swimmingly well. Our needs were easily accommodated. In the RSVP I asked for rose petals in the room and they gave an awesome display including petals in the shape of a heart on the bed. The accommodations were exceptional. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this property. The staff was very helpful and always quick to respond. The massage staff was excellent. The location, the mineral spa tubs in the room, and the hiking trails at the site. The setting The private tub on the balcony The hike to the summit The pool. Hot springs and bath tube. Dinner menu + wine selection. The personnel hot tub and the magnificent feather bed. Private hot tub with fresh clean water. Hot mineral water.also private spa. for most part everything was good. Spa Hot Tub off room Food Staff. the peace and serenity. Serenity. Location. We liked how clean it was, the rooms and bathroom.The bed was very comforatable and it was nice having a spa on our own private balcony, it was relaxing. The grounds are very well kept and the staff acknowledge us where ever we were. The first night was excellent and could not be more happy, the second night we had to change rooms :-(. Golf car services excelent. Scenery, hot tub in room. A private spa is good. The location only. privacy. Nice grounds. It was such a terrible experience, We didn't like it They had coverd the mattress with plastic, so it was very uncomfortable I expected to be very comfortable and nice resort It's noting close to resort at all Nothing I liked about just a nature. I have nothing but high praise for our experience, but if I had to name something I'd say I wish it was a bit more affordable so we could return more frequently!. It was all good, although a lot of stairs and no elevator in some of the buildings. The least appreciated item was mold in the bathroom window. The window is probably propped open to clean the area -- and the area behind that when closed is black and brown. The amount of rust in the shower area could be easily remedied by a rust remover and then polished with WD40 (water dispersal). Sharp edges on broken tiles in front of the toilet were a surprise. Use the same size tile as in the shower and the major problem of settling and cracking is solved. Rooms were very outdated and bathroom was not as clean as it could have been (hairs on the floor). Traffic noise The room service food was really bad. The carpet was damp from recent shampooing and the odor was soapy and a bit strong. 11 Am was too early for me to check out .I wish it is 11:30. Bath rob is very thin and not a good quality. Small size of the room and parking. the check in staff was not very informative. Squeaky floors in room, pilates instructor no-showed, disturbed by cleaning staff prior to checkout. We stayed for two nights in Finesse. Room was really nice, but the staff were talking too loud that the noise woke us up @ around 7. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the hotel part and the spa/gift shop. We were never asked if we were guests and were charged to use the spa and for the use of a towel. The chlorine in the spa was too much, it was burning our eyes! We did address the charge with the hotel manager and she did credit us, but it could have been easily been avoided if the staff asked. The second night we had a different room, the heater didn't work, the maintenance entered twice without knocking, the water in the spa tub was disgusting and the iron had black crud on it that ruined my new shirt that was a birthday gift! Worst experience ever! And I travel a lot!!!. No ride to the beach jacuzzi did not hold the water no microwave in the room price was higher than what we agree on the beggining Restourant menu very poor , no chicken nuggets for kids or steaks for older. We suppost to get the room at 4pm but they give us the room after 4:30 pm. very ordinary room, overpriced. Evening meal was expensive and very poor. Noises from the next room was so loud. We could hear the intimate noises for an hour and it was aweful. Also, too expensive. It was suppose to be a very special occasion and the hotel was aware of situation. Power kept going out heater was not working and for 315.00 we should not have to end up with space heaters. Why I'm reviewing is beyond me as I already did a survey. They reimbursed 100. When as a curtesy it should all have been reimbursed. It's done. room needs upgraded furniture as well as television in bedroom. Condition of lodging dated. No hot water in hot tub. mineral water was not good this time. queen size bed is too high. price is too high. Everything.
