I was very impressed. Live the style and convince. The door to our room (124) was a little shaky when the wind blew hard, but nothing else caught my attention as negative at all. When I checked in the front desk staff thanked me and showed me on their map where I could get ice and do my laundry and pointed out my room Too. She was very sweet and helpful!. The design of the Motel... The new setup on the remodel was nice.
所有评语 » Location was very convenient - close to UT campus. Close to where we needed to be. Location w.r.t. UT Campus. The hotel is around 15 minutes drive from downtown, it's on the interstate. The design of the room is nice, however it's very noisy at late night. Value of money and good for sleeping. Nice TV, good shower and bathroom, vanity area was nice. front desk staff. Staff was nice. It was semi affordable on a busy weekend in Austin. The room was big and nice view. Nothing. I stayed at another location n was double charged. Contact me immediately. Room was relatively clean and location was convenient. They only had one of each size towels in our room and when I asked for more no one knew if they did and said I'd have to wait until Tomorrow when the housekeeper came to find out, two days later is when I called again to get towels.I Wouldn't have minded if it was just me but I had my partner with me too. The outside could be updated a bit... More towels could be placed in the rooms. And also there should be a curfew for kids in the pool. I had to get up early and some kids were playing loudly in the pool til about midnite. But I dont blame the hotel for the incident... Had to use night window at night. The area was little noisy during nighttime from highway trucks. The hotel is located on Interstate, at late night people were very loud and drunk in the corridor. The room is clean and nice design however insect get in the room from window and door bottom (I saw a Cockroach in the room floor in the morning). Hardwood floors throughout...carpet would feel better on the feet. Also would have liked another blanket for the bed. Access to room --approximately 150 ft from car. Roaches in room 124, making us pay $125.00 for that night, coming to find out they knew about the broken door(did not close completely due to someone kicking it in) and the roach problem in room. ?? I went out and bought roach traps, but they put us in room next door and no problem. They should not have put us in that room to begin with. We made our reservation 9 months in advance. It was so dirty/dingy. There were boars in "fresh wash cloths" pubic hairs in the shower when we it's arrived. I did not like this motel 6 it was in a bad palces high crime area and car get stole all the and car window get broke all the time my window was broke when I got in the car I told the frot desk and the did not care so I had to pay to fix my window. Cheap, but low quality. No coffee in the rooms. Being double charged. There was no hot water for shower and staff would not either fix it or allow us to get a hot shower elsewhere. We called about it and they offered to take taxes off bill but after driving 8 hours to not get a shower that was not adequate. Also there was graffiti in bathroom. The non smoking room,smelled like a smoking room.
