I scheduled a last minute getaway for the 4th of July,and didn't want to spend a lot. The reviews I read for the place did not inspire much confidence in the quality,but the price was right. I was very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful pool, the cleanliness of the room,the friendliness of the staff.The fact that they provided a free shuttle to and from the boardwalk was really convenient. I will definitely stay here again.
所有评语 » Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was very clean. A plus with the shuttle bus to the casinos. Facilities and overall environment of the hotel. Staff was great and were very helpful. Location was great being right outside Atlantic City and not too far from Ocean City. Easy to find. Great last minute booking. Close to Atlantic City Boardwalk. Location. Being a quick drive from the city was the only good thing about this hotel. The fact that I only booked for one night. I didn't like any thing. It was cheap and clean. easy to fine. Nothing. nothing. I stayed on the ground floor,so the drapes on the front window could have closed a little bit tighter,so your privacy wasn't in question while the lights were on. That the shuttle didn't come every hour. The bed was very uncomfortable. I did not like the tub/shower. The tub was soft and spongey and it was not at all comfortable - I nearly fell twice in the shower - it was soft plastic and very old. There was a musty smell in the room and the carpet was very old. I was told there was a full breakfast (included) and it was only a continnental-type breakfast so I went elsewhere to have breakfast. The room smell of mildrew, the floor boards creeked, the water was not hot, and you did not serve breakfast as advertised. Staff who could hardly speak english, poor quality for the price,vending machines didnt work, dirty room/carpet, cigarette burns in the bedding, tv was so scribbly you couldnt really watch anything, dirty bathroom too! Overall very disappointed for the price!!. We were locked in our room and the front desk did nothing to help us. Good thing there wasnt a fire during the night snd i have a strong husband. There were no blankets. Bugs were in the room and the sheets were ripped. There was no water pressure in our shower. I ask for non-smoking room and I got the most stinky room, it smell to much a cigarette and something else. That wasn't a good experience at all.. No access to the city unless you drive yourself or take a bus with inconvenient times. Front desk staff was lazy, would not call us a cab, checked us into a scary mans room and the property is in very serious need of some upgrades. No cabs, no food delivery, nothing open near by. The steps going up was dirty, (2) big garbage bins open at the step entrance ,in the bath room was a dirty wash rag hanging on top of the shower curtain , the room was not vacuum properly. I didn't like the fact that when I woke up I was itching and come to find out the bed had bed bugs. It was disgusting. I sit their and take the sheet of the bed and theirs other people hair under the sheet. It was very disgusting. very old looking &dirty windows look like they where not clean in years. Everything was bad from the reception to the room service.
