The staff at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta were friendly and paitent first and
foremost. We felt as if we were royal guest each time we returned to the
hotel after leaving. Lots of friendly smiling faces, doors opened, and
well wishes. We really like the robes provided during our stay as well.

The complimentary breakfast buffet and appetizers were so good. Chantel and Victoria did wonderful at the front desk from check-in to check-out. Robin, Elizabeth, and staff kept us supplied with towels, etc. Angelica and staff did a wonderful job on the buffet. You all were so helpful in making my family's stay a wonderful one. The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.
