  The staff was extremely professional and curtious. This was my first stay at the Ritz-Carlton and I will definately return!   I really liked the gentlemen that operate the front desk, they were both very kind and informative. I liked that my particular room had a microwave and a refrigerator, as well as an iron & ironing board, of which I utilized all of these during my stay. Thi - Hotel staff are very helpful friendly. Front desk staff are always willing to help (from changing batteries in remote, giving directions to Downtown, and they seem to "know where to buy what"). Cleaning lady was really nice. The location is excellent for walking downtown and making all other areas of Atlanta accessible. They have it written somewhere that "we'll leave the lights on for you". To Motel 6 Atlanta Downtown Northeast, I also say, "leave the lights on because I'll surely come back

  The first room we were checked into was a double handicapped room, we requested a King. We were checked into a suite when we complained about our room. Great upgrade, great hotel. - Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great over all stay and will be coming back in the furture.

  I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Microtel Inn. The cost was so low, that my expectations were low. But this motel was as nice as others that charge twice the price. Service was very friendly and helpful, and our room was super clean and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again if we go back to Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.
