The decor in the room was nice! Plenty of room and nice coffee/tea service!!. Nice greeting upon arrival, easy check in, and clean facility. nice staff free shuttle to Mall room is good. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows!! The pillows were to soft and had no support!! Woke up with a bad backache and stuff neck!. letsbookhotel.com gave us an option to book a smoking room. Apparently "there is no smoking in any hotel." we were warned and then 10min. Later charged a $200 fine. However we did not have to pay the fine.
