  It poured with rain for the two days we stayed in Asheville, but this hotel was a true bright spot. The reception staff were fantastic, and little touches like complimentary afternoon hors d'oeuvres and drinks really made for a great stay. The breakfast buffet was very good. If you get the chance to take the trolley tour of Asheville, it's - I loved the room with the separate seating area and small kitchen; the tea and coffee making facilities. The wine and hors d'oeuvres provided at the end of the afternoon is especially nice when you come back to the hotel a bit tired and ready to relax for a while before going to dinner. The staff also were all very friendly and helpful with ideas for siteseeing. Loved our stay in this hotel and would return.
