This was by far a great experience! The hotel staff was incredibly cordial, nice, helpful, and polite. The hotel and rooms were very clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, and amenities were convenient. The location was also perfect. The hotel is located directly across from Crystal City metro station, not even a two minute walk. There is also a large shopping mall located right above the metro station, which adds to the hotel's convenience. I was beyond shocked to.
所有评语 » The location was near to the sites we planned to see. The Marriott was near a Metro station enabling us to travel around DC without a car. Staff were friendly and responded to our questions including giving us maps. Liked underground mall close by. We r from Canada. They made us feel like Millionaire. Really friendly, polite and we couldn't of asked for more. We will return and stay longer. 10 dollar cab ride to all DC attractions. Can't bet that. Thanks Marriot. The hotel and staff were wonderful! We ate at the hotel several times and were very satisfied with the meals and the staff. We will stay here again when in the area. Great service at a great price and very enjoyable. size of the room and the morning sunrise view. very comfortable bed, large tub/shower and room amenities. Nice breakfast buffet. we ran into friends from home at breakfast. The staff was very polite. The hotel/rooms/bathrooms, etc was very clean. The beds were extremely soft, felt as if you would melting into the mattresses. Thumbs up!. The desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant...room was clean and comfortable...hotel was quiet...access to airport was very convenient. Terrific place. Clean larger rooms. Very quiet. Nice staff. Close to Metro. Public area comfortable. Good price for DC. Great you g lady checked us in. Real credit to organisation. Also metro accessibility as went to baseball game. 20min to union station, shutter service, near airport, clean, affordable price. Pack and play for baby. Gave us a microwave in room to warm bottles for baby. Very comfortable, clean and convenient. nearly everything. Our room was nice but could use some updating. Only one things-- We had to leave. Lol. Thanks again. No dislikes at all. could have used more tea options, esp decaf. free wifi would have been nice. Nothing in particular - all went well. Got confused with other Marriotts in area. the disappointing breakfast buffet. Lack of Instructions for new traveler. Poor attention from hotel. Scary and dangerous for visitors.
