I thought it was perfect for my stay. Free parking, no resort fee, close to Disneyland, (15min. Walk & I'm disabled w/cane). It was what I expected, no surprises, and the price was great. Early arrival helped I think. I did my paperwork early and was able to hold the exact room I wanted & they let me park my car there the whole time I was at the park. Even on the day of checkout. Very clean room, despite age of property very close to Disneyland, for $30+ less than other hotels Pool/Hot tub looked good Good room size (lots of space!) Decent sized fridge and microwave in room Free wireless Internet was good speed and easy to log on.
所有评语 » The motel was located just around the corner from Disneyland so it was perfect for us. Parking was convenient and the room was comfortable and clean. We had the added attraction of seeing the fireworks display from Disneyland the night we were there. Hotelnis just a walking distance to the Disneylands. Suggested: Open a western/asian food comes with Halal restaurant at nearby hotel.....especially for muslim tourist. I liked the proximity to the Anaheim Convention Center. I also appreciated the reasonable price for the area, the free parking & free breakfast. The off road, protected like parking was nice. Hotel was a little dated but maintained. Bathroom's are a little small, but overall it was nice. Room was ready upon early check in, and ease of use for express checkout. Overall it was a good stay during my weekend. It was great. Loved that parking and breakfast were free and included. Extremely close to Disneyland!. The hotel allow me to leave my luggages there for 9 days before I came back to stay another night. Hotel staff were very friendly and polite. rooms were nothing fancy but were comfortable. Close to the Disney theme parks and was able to see the fireworks show from the room. A 15 minute leisurely walk to Disneyland .. Decent Breakfast.. Clean and hygenic. loved it an awesome motel great location at a good price. We loved that it was clean and the staff was really nice. Location within walking distance of Disneyland. the location, the pool, the size of the room. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Can fit 4 people comfortably in the room. It was really close to Disneyland. Walking distance from Disneyland. Fire works from pool. The Location. Location. Price. The price was good. Parking was included. The pool area looked clean. Not much. it was better than sleeping in our car. But not by much. Quietness. There was a little tiny bit of a smell in the room, like urine. It passed but is still on my mind because I don't like a dirty place. I wish the breakfast could've been more but it was what was promised so I probably shouldn't complain. I would stay here again and I'll tell my friends. Skimpy on the shampoo (tiny pouches) and no lotion. Customer service isn't their strong suit (we didn't mind because we were only there when we were sleeping, pretty much. There are no places to eat within walking distance of the hotel and the selection of delivery food was poor. After a long drive it's nice to be able to walk to a restaurant, but there wasn't anything within walking distance and the room really wasn't set up for eating anything. When we asked at the desk we were told it was a long walk. The maps given us were next to useless and were completely confusing. The entrance to the hotel is on a 1 way street & I don't think I could get back to the hotel without my navigation tool. Small bathroom!. Well I did notice that the elevator was not working when I had arrived, so I was a bit worried that if someone that was disabled and had to use an upper floor. Nothing--it was great!. The breakfast closed at 9am sharp. Breakfast was donuts and cold cereal. Toilet paper was like using newspaper. Bed was alittle hard other than that everything was great. Nothing really ... The only thing that we could say bad about our stay was that it was a bit far yo walk up Disneyland with small kids.. But the older kids loved the walk. Parking is tight. And sometime the refrigerator didn't work. Pool was small. Breakfast room was crowded. There is only one way out of the hotel and it is difficult to turn around. The thin walls. close to Disneyland as the crow flies, but over a mile walk to get to the gate. N/A. No comment. Complimentary breakfast not enough to last through the time frame don't count on eating breakfast there unless you are one of the first in the door. Rooms smelled stale. the "breakfast" day old donuts don't really appeal to us. a plate of fruit might have been nice. Nobody told us breakfast was included, we had to phone down to ask. My daughter phoned the front desk to ask about wi-fi password, he responded with just the password and then hung up. rude. Parking at this location was a nightmare!! Not enough spots. Cars parked in red zones and blocking other cars. An emergency vehicel could not get into the lot if called. Poor safety situation. Parking space was limited. Breakfast was quite limited. Free Breakfast was two kinds of cereal and Doughnuts... Watching everyone scarf down on doughnuts before heading out for the day was disturbing!. My reservation somehow was cancelled so I was left with a one bed instead of two queen beds. But they did give us a rollout bed at no extra cost. No shuttle or tram. The staff they were very rude they don't have any customer service skills never was greeted at the lobby the Lady was very rude when we need information at the time we doing check-out she was rude didn't ask me how was my experience or Thank you. Totally not happy with the service. No shuttle. No shuttle or anytype of transportation. "Maingate" made it sound close to Disneyland. You had to nearly walk to the park to catch the free tram- which was really the Disneyland tram from the parking lot. It was a good long walk, especially for older folks or people with young children. When we asked for extra towels we were told we had to come pick them up. The carpet in the room was dirty. They were having issues with hot water which made showering or bathing difficult. Breakfast was a joke. Not enough parking spaces. Thin walls. No parking, it was fool.
