The front desk clerk was very friendly during the whole stay. She offered us a bag of snacks and water since the hotel does not have continental breakfast. There were a few concerns during our stay, but the front desk clerk was able to resolve quickly. Will be more than happy to return there during our next visit. The young lady that was working at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The price was good and the location was good. I have to say the friendly staff would make me visit again.
所有评语 » Clean, convenient parking, no extra charge for parking, AC, tub, large space, pull out couch , microwave , icebox, and flat screen TV. Very affordable,close to disneyland,shopping,restaurants. No frills but clean,nice friendly staff. Well located, comfortable and friendly. The price was ok and for what u get. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The crevice was great. The location is okay. Everything was good. The Hous Kiping. Helpful staff. Good location. jacuzzi. Ample parking, fast internet connection, easy to operate AC, centrally located to Anaheim attractions, and roomy rooms. The coffee in the room was great. The location was perfect for where we were going the next day. The second room for the children. Clean and did not smell. Front desk was courteous. the room was spacious and very clean. had all the necesities for my family. The service that the lady at the front desk is was exceptionally well. Uniquely laid out in every room...interesting enough for me :-). I like how it has every day use items in the kitchen. the price was good. it was close to disne. The Price The sheets were clean. The price was right. Room was clean. Its location. Location. The staff were really nice and very welcoming. the staff was courteous and prompt. The maids were really wonderful!!!. The price was okay. Large spa tub. Facilities. Location. Price. Price. I didn't like anything about that place everything looked cheap and ran down. House keeping did a great job with what they were supplied. it was relatively close to Disneyland, it was cheap. I liked that it had a microwave and refrigerator. It was a short drive to and from Angels Stadium. Nice check in lady at counter. Rooms were spacious... Location is good. Location. Nothing. The only issue that occured was the toilet was malfunctioning in our room. The staff quickly moved us to another room with no charge or hassle. Plumbing issues in the bathroom. Bad valve in the shower and the carpet was so dirty I kept my shoes on. Wifi signal a bit weak in room which was some distance from the front office. Didnt like how it seemed that the owners stayed there , the office smelled like food and there door was always locked at the front office even in the day time. They had no phones in the room Internet didn't work ect. The room isn't clean. The bathroom door can't locked because when i close the door the screws come off at the corner. The mangment The front desk. The vending machine did not work. Coins were jammed in it. loud neighbors. Bare bones rooms - room did not even have a phone. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. Would have liked more seating. The room next door was way too noisy and I could hear their entire conversations that went from 8pm to 4am. The staff was helpful but the people in the room were clueless and inconsiderate...and loud. The were drinking, but really loud either way. The very hard beds, literally like sleeping on a board. The stained toilet seat, the rooms throughout needed paint, they looked dirty even though they were not. Old (linen) blankets, clean but very old. Bathroom walls were stained and old. We will not come here again, not worth what we paid. It wasn't as clean as hoped, and the place itself seemed kind of sketchy. Telling them Egbert day top wit giving me a ten forty five am wake up call when I know I'm going to pay that day and so do they. the owner was a lil rude not very friendly and you had to pay for ice. The bathroom walls were dirty. Staff was a bit abrubt. Towels were few. Room layout did not allow comfortable tv viewing from bed. Couch was useless. Need more than one chair. No table for meals.Room was not serviced untill after 2 PM. No screen on bathroom window. The carpet needs to be changed or washed. Parking, security and handicap access. The floors were really dirty, I mean really dirty. And there was a huge roach, two inches big on the wall... The towels had stains on them... It was just really uncomfortable... Uncomfortable beds, outdated TV and shoddy bed frame. We arrived an hour and a half after check in and had to wait another 45mins for our room. And we weren't offered a discount. The wifi never worked. I connected my laptop but I could not even check a single mail for more than 10 hours Ice machine was too far from the rooms and you had to pay. The machine was not well-behaved: I put in over $1 but could not fill up a small bowl with ice. Bathroom was not clean. I had to request for towels because room service forgot to place some in my room. The hot water never got hot even after water ran for more 15 min. No hanger, no where to put luggage on or put clothe inn Coffee maker didn't work & microwave oven didn't work. No radio in the room. Tv was hard to work & missing channels. This hotel sucks big time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Leaking bathtub. Maid service was horable. Internet did not work and staff did nothing to resolve problem, room smelled like strong cleaning chemicals, shower drain completely clogged, was not quiet. Checked out early because of issues. tried to update, but still looked run down. had a jacuzzi, but also a bathroom with a shower and tub but NO hanging racks or drawers for clothes. Huge waste of space without giving customers what they actually need---clothes storage!. I was stayibg at the Execuyive Inn from a thursday night to sunday. Friday night when i came back from a day at Disneyland... It was 12 ish and my hotel room door was not closed all the way. Suprisingly nothing was stolen. My remote control in the room didnt work but i managed. The bed was hard. No complimentary breakfast. everything customer service was horrible couldn't accommodate us with towels and pillows....manger stated that they have different towels for different rooms and I end up checking out early because of that...and it was just poor looking nothing up to date. Very poor. the room was dirty and dingy looking. Room was for 4 yet only three dingy towels. Male staff member was rude and unproffesional. Dirty, everything was broken,. The customer service!. This was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. My three main complaints were: 1) The bath towels had yellow stains on them. I have several guesses to the source of these stains, all of which are disgusting. 2) The bed was stiff as a board. My back is still sore from sleeping on it. 3) They made us use the night window, even though we were checking in at 10:45pm. 4) I could have sworn it said they had continental breakfast online, but this was not the case. Smelled really bad,dirty and very worn down!!!!i didn't Olof my daughter to walk barefoot in the room it was so sticky!!. Minimal furniture, phone didnt work, and room had fleas or bed bugs or something... There were little creatures all over the rooms & in the bed too,i have been booking man y rooms through letsbookhotel.com,but me & my parents were really dissapointed with this hotel & the staff,will not recomend this hotel to any one. Everything else. Dirty, Very Outdated and Noisy. Worst place I ever stayed and I've traveled alot. There coffee maker,luggage rack, ice machine,laundry facilities all broken. Boyfriend got electricuted by dryer. We called to ask for a list of stations and they asked us to leave. Mean, rude people. Thinking about suing them. All our white socks black now because of carpet. Horrible motel...dirty, dirty, dirty, smell horrible, air conditioner did not work well and dirty bathroom (nasty), the pictures in the website are from another hotel, that is the only explanation, manager after been inn the room for 5 minutes, and ask for refund he refused...bad, bad customer services, at the the same time I having the problem other customer where in the same situation (Rose) horrible horrible...take this place out of your website. Had bed bugs. Wouldnt give us our money back for the 2 nights we didnt stay due to the bed bugs. Gave us a different room next to tweakers. lights in other room didnt work. blood stains on sheets, mold in bathtub,pee in closet and around the toilet. Overall WORST hotel ever. Should be shut down.
