The desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They were also willing to stay through when the relief clerk did not get there due to snowstorm (I asked why she was still there the next day). They appeared to need more staff to handle the housekeeping needs, but the hotel was a great price and I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again. Staff is excellent clean room. 2nd floor by stairway 222 very convenient. Basic breakfast. It needs faster internet at front desk. I waited about 11-13 minutes for a checkout receipt. I will stay here Again and I recommend it to fellow travelers.
所有评语 » My papa was in Hospice at bsa downtown. The staff. Was so considerate And attentive. Our. Hours were crazy a d yet they were still wonderful. We've been here 5 days and will be here a while. Longer and I wouldn'T. Stay anywhere else. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in location that is easy to get to, and close to restaurants. The continental breakfast was good. Very comfortable hotel, with nice indoor pool and hot tub. Rooms clean and comfortable, and breakfast very good. Good value for money, we thought. And, close to Route 66. The hotel was fantastic, the best I gone to since Disney. The hot breakfast was great, unexpected pleasant. The stay was great koodoos best western medical center inn. This was the most favorable thing of my stay in Amarillo. The staff gave me great recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc... Nothing was bad about staying here. The room/bed were very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was great. It has a great location to the mall and lots of places to eat in just a short drive. The room was huge, the front desk and gift shop staff was great Our first night was wonderful. The front desk was polite and very helpful!. felt safe staff was friendly and helpful great for dog, they have a set for grass area great mexican food place right behind the hotel. The indoor pool & hot tub was convenient and kept clean. The room was comfortable and the free hot breakfast was very good. The location was good. Right off I-40 and access to various shopping malls and restaurants. Great continental breakfast!!. Bed was very comfortable - got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good - good variety. Really like biscuits and gravy. We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. I would recommend it to anyone. The quality for the price was great. Nice room good breakfast. The beds were awesome. The indoor pool was too cold two of the days, and I had my grandson staying with me. He was unable to enjoy it other than one of the days. There was also only ONE washer and dryer accessible to the guests and I had to keep returning to see when it was available and eventually at 11:30 PM it was. Slow Internet at front desk for chevkout. Nothing at all. It has been like home to us. nothing. Can't think of anything wrong. No complaints. The City of Amarillo has a very unfriendly personalities. I would not recommend this place to any tourists. The cleaing staff, we encountered, did not speak any English. So, our room did not get clean or have clean towels that evening. The manager had to bring clean towels to us. Those towels smelled like mildew. All of the other linens smelled like hospital linens. It was aweful. The iron reservoir busted and leaked water all over my husband's clean clothes and the tv volume did not work either. Each channel worked on a different volume. Housekeeping didn't clean our room well. Didnt empty my trash give extra towels. While we checked out I noticed a window had been smashed. I mentioned it to front desk and a women at the front desk assumed it had been my room and our fault! My room was a upstairs not bottom, thought that was rude. And pool was freezing in the middle of the day!. suggestion - putting laundry soap in the vending machine by the washer and dryer (i had an emergency and needed to wash something). The breakfast room was small and became over crowded quickly. The air conditioner unit was not cool enough. We left it on all night and day. Really needs a little more seating in the dining room for breakfast. Requested a first floor room, but didn't get it. The sink didn't drain well and the refrigerated froze everthing we put in it. The breakfast and the employee that was in charge. She was not the most courteous. Sorry. Noise from outside carries through to room as we were trying to relax. The water at breakfast smelled like chlorine which was a little weird. small cleaning detaisl,i.e didn't clean coffee pot or restock for 2nd day. Turned airconditioning up to 78 degrees while we were out. All was good. Taking a photocopy of my photo ID because I was "a foreigner" (Canadian). Clock radio was broken and unusable. I reported it to the front desk upon checkout. Wifi very sketchy. Could not connect over half the time and very slow when connected. Nothing...it was just as I had hoped. Size of pool. very little sound insulation between rooms. I could hear the next door neighbors phone conversations clearly, but honestly, it didn't bother me that much - I could see where it would though. nothing comes to mind. It was very noisy as walls seemed to be too thin. Bad shower. Room had very poor lighting, breakfast sucked (although not any worse than the slop all hotels serve ). Thin walls. Our upstairs room was too warm for comfort as the air conditioner frequently cycled itself on and off. A little bit of age showing, but a very comfortable night. The breakfast area was small, and should be enlarged or provide some table and chairs elsewhere. The workout-area was useless. None of the equipment was working as it should. Cheap home-equipment, not for public use. The aircon did not work in the workout area. The kids had to sleep on a pullout couch which was not comfortable but there were no other rooms. Noisy. We could hear people walking up and down the stairs all night. The noise out side from other people staying. Kept us up most of the night. Long day traveling the next day!. Asked for handicap room floor level, did not get! All top floor rooms only had stair access, no elevators. Noise thru connecting room door, squeaky bathroom floor. Tried to call hotel for almost half an hour and never got through. This was early afternoon the day of our stay. You can't walk from where our room was to the breakfast without going outside. finding sports to watch on tv was not good. There needs to be a warning about the steep dip at the one entrance/exit.
