  The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk person helped me connect to the internet....more than once! The manager took me to a convenience store and to car rental spot to try to locate lost credit card. Yummy breakfast. The shuttle driver was very friendly and played great classical music! I will use and recommend this motel to others. - The staff could not have been nicer, more helpful and prompt. Van service to airport is great for early flights as it starts at 5am. Close to airport and there are at least two 24 hour restaurants nearby. Room had very large bed, good bathroom and air conditioning. And the small outdoor pool was a real plus. Only wish the free breakfast could be served slightly earlier for those needing 5am van to airport - but there was coffee.

I wrote a thank you letter to the manager and staff before leaving-- and I DID hate to leav - The manager gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to our room. He explained everything. Times for breakfast, shuttle to the shopping area in old Albuquerque etc. He was great and so was the room. Our shuttle driver gave us recommendations for dinner and pointed out some places to visit. We enjoyed our one night in Albuquerque. We had to cut our visit short by 1 day at the last minute. We wished we could have stayed longer.
