  The staff was just amazing, it is uncommon nowadays to find such nice people, they truly cared and helped us.. The shuttle to the medical center was life-solving. And for getting back, there was a bus stop just in front of the building. Excellent location. Good public transport. Towels and linens changed and clean. Don't expect luxury, because it is not a luxury hotel. It seems that there is a new management and they are working hard to improve. I'd recommend this hotel.

  Business was the purpose for travel. Several rooms were needed so price was important. The staff was very nice and shuttle service great. The location was very convenient. Laundry facilities were necessary. Rooms were clean and confortable except for occassional bugs. Its close to the Houston Galleria Mall and other shopping centers. The free breakfast was very nice with wide range of breakfast items to select from. Great value for money.
