  We had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton. We only stayed one night as part of a cross-country road trip. All we needed was a place to sleep for the night, but we were pleasantly surprised by the value we got for the price. The bed was SO comfortable, everything was clean and the location was perfect. It also had a small balcony overlooking the pool where we sat and drank our coffee in - This is how a hotel should operate. The staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Each person we encountered was great and offered to go out of their way to make our stay better. We walked around the pool one morning while a maid was transporting a large tub of towels on the common walk area. She pulled her tub off the side walk so we could pass. You could tell everyone had been trained to value and respect the customer and it was evident no matter who we came in contact with.

  The staff were charming. The location ideal for airport arrival into Tuscon late at night and then going on. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Good breakfast - We love the staff and the location. The food is always reasonably prices and very good. We have always enjoyed the property and have been going there for years.
