Everyone very helpful and friendly, right from the receptionist Freire to the Conceirgist Howard. Two very helpful people and the chef too who specially made us vegetarian food. Amazing hotel very friendly and caring towards its customers. A must if you stay in Cincinnati. -

Food and drink at the little Bistro was very good. The little "market" is a good idea. The interior decor was modern and fresh. The room was amazingly clean!!! We even had complimentary bottles of water!!!! -

Friendliness of staff. My son had shoulder surgery. We needed to stay one night at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning crew were very aware of our needs and helpful.
Great hotel for value and convenience to downtown Cincy and Northern KY cities. I will come back to this hotel for a visit to the Creation Museum

I loved how clean and well taken care of the hotels were. Our room was
exceptionally nice and comfortable. The pool was great for our 2 yr old.
We had a great time. We just stayes from friday-sunday but very much
enjoyed it and will come back again. -
Shuttle driver was very helpful with bags, etc. He was right on time the next morning as well.

We were in town for one night to attend a football combine. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We were also pleased with the breakfast provided. Staff was very friendly. -
Clean room, very nice breakfast bar, close to Cincinnati, easy on the wallet, convenient to a variety of dining locations. No complaints about housekeeping.

We only stayed one night at La Quinta in Florence, but it was an awesome
time! We didn't have a lot of interaction with the other employees
other than checking in and out but they were very pleasant. The room was

When we arrived we entered the room were surprised at the size of the
room and how quiet it was. The first thing I tried to do was take a
shower. The handle came off in my hand. When I called the front desk
they were very apologetic and switched us to a new room within minutes.

the staff brought me breakfast to my room because I was late to the buffet. this was a real plus. the staff was very attentive to my needs. -
staff, I left a pair of glasses in my room when I checked out and they had them for me when I stopped back in on my way out of town.
