  Pretty much everything was good about Hawthorn Suites. The room was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We didn't have any problems so we can't comment on how these would have been dealt with - but I would have been very surprised if they hadn't dealt with them perfectly. - I lost a contact lens which the staff found.
