The staff greeted us with a friendly "hello." Quickly helped answer any questions, loved the bar, since it was a Monday Night football game, great breakfast as well. -

Location is awesome. Right next to a large Meijers store. This was a stop over for us, we were travelling north. Staff are always friendly and my granddaughter loves the pool. This makes for a great relax time after a day of travelling.

My husband and I stayed at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids the night of our wedding and the day after as well. When we checked into our room, we had a bottle of champagne, food and a nice card from the staff waiting for us. The service was superb and exactly what we anticipated.
