I had avery good experience at this hotel, I got in to the airport after 8pm however everything went smoothly.
The shuttle bus picked me up from the airport minutes after calling( there is a handy airport hotel phone at baggage pickup) and dropped me off on time the next day.

First off those cookies we received at check-in were great. The close proximity to the airport. The shuttle driver and staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean.

This hotel was convenient to the airport,a criteria for a continuing journey. I had a 10 minute wait for courtesy van. All staff were polite and helpful. I was overall very pleased with everything...however, I was mostly impressed with the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Special thank you to the young white girl at the bar in the afternoon and the young black girl who did bkft. in the morning. These two made me feel like I had found two new friends...they were special. -

Facilities are excellent. Spa and pool and rroms are clean and spacious.
For all of the hotels within 10 miles of the airport I enjoyed this one the most.
The free shuttle was fast and my return to the airport was timely. He offered to take me downtown if I like.

and near major business centers in northeast Houston.
The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean, updated, and serviced well.

We had a problem getting to hotel. Due to an accident on highway. The night auditor had cleared the and posted us as a no show.
