I had avery good experience at this hotel, I got in to the airport after 8pm however everything went smoothly.
The shuttle bus picked me up from the airport minutes after calling( there is a handy airport hotel phone at baggage pickup) and dropped me off on time the next day.

First off those cookies we received at check-in were great. The close proximity to the airport. The shuttle driver and staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel, except parking.....Employees were fantastic and helpful, This is a get away from workinf to many hours for both my wife and myself...We plan on repeating our stay..And when friends come to visit this is where we will book their stay.. - Location was excellent and staff were very nice and friendly

The pillows and the bed were so comfortable and I loved laying in a hot bath after a long road trip!
And everyone should try the short ribs in the restaurant. Yum! -

and near major business centers in northeast Houston.
The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean, updated, and serviced well.
There are shopping malls and restaurants within a mile of the hotel.
The price/value for the money is excellent. -
