We have been a guest 4 times now . it is the most tranquil place we have been even when full we feel like we are in a hideaway .Staff down to a man or woman are totally respectful and treated us both like royalty . Any issues are dealt with speedily and efficiently . The vila pools are what you see in the internet . We upgraded to a tented vila which has set the scene for future visits .   For the price I paid, it was a great deal. People have complainedabout the buffet breakfast, but it was more than adequate. Staff werelovely, and the facilities were great. Free entry to the hot springswas an added bonus. Overall, very pleased.
