it is a perfect destination for those who are looking for 5 star vacation at 3 star cost. you can enjoy all facilities of Hilton Spa and Resort by staying in this hotel less than half price. the hotel itself is well designed, very clean, fairly large rooms, very comfortable bed and billows, big chance to be upgraded to suite as they have many suits in the hotel, I booked 2 rooms and got one upgraded at check it, staff is professional, located at the city makes shopping easy, free shuttle to the.
所有评语 » This hotel is a gem, we try to visit every few months for a break away. The service is excellent and customer care is one of the best. Reception staff, Alison, Maria etc. cannot be anymore welcoming. They are perfect and why we go back. The staff are so friendly and approachable. The rooms are very good... We were able to get access to the Hilton Resrt and Spa.. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent. We will definitely go back to Double Tree. Staff was very friendly nice and cooperative,very attentive ,hotel was clean,rooms were well supplied with everything,kids are begging to go back soon. Dutch man who checked us in was very welcoming and efficient (I also witnessed him helping other guests in the same manner). The place is very calm,except these two days because there is maintenance .Also the stuff are very friendly and helpfull. We love the atmosphere Maria at check-in is extremely customer care focused and very friendly, a great ambassador. newly built, well furnished, very clean, good breakfast, access to Hilton Resort, great value for money. Excelent well trained staff, great views from the roof pool. We will defenetly be staying here again. The personal was very friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Amazing big rooms for the money you pay. Nice room. the location of the hotel is very convinient. The price , there is improvement in staff. New hotel. Comfort room. Every think. it was too quit place, good for escaping away from business. relaxing place. Friendly staff. Access to Hilton resort. Proximity for the purpose of the stay was convenient, other than that everything was quite mediocre; nothing exceptional; clean, comfortable. you can't really find any thing wrong in this hotel. Rooms are too dark at night. Buffet breakfast wasn't really great not many varieties . Male who checked us out followed the procedure but showed no humility. The Tv channels should be more . Room service for food was poor on this occasion. A lot of wasted space in the room could have been designed a lot better. Nothing. Food quality and variety in Podium (for dinner) was not as per Hilton standards. Some water issues were raising while checking out but guess a temporary one. The female receptionist was arrogant. No coffee bar, light food place in the hotel which is not good. Mini bar should have a few snacks available. No signs to show how to get there on the roads. they need extra staff to help people with luggages. nothing. No pork selection on breakfast (before there was). Bad lounge with damaged furniture. Nothing. I had issue with them , I booked the hotel for 880 drh Then they charged me for 1220 drh They sayed by mistak until now I am waiting to deposit the money back. The water have bad smill. no free internet available. not facing the beach, poor restaurant, full of mosquito. Limited choice for indian vegetarian food.small swimming pool. The room was a bit dusty. Service. Unfortunately this hotel is all about squeezing every dirham possible for as little effort as possible. They will go to great lengths to charge what they can whilst exhibiting the minimum level of service possible. This hotel needs to learn that there is more to hospitality than a warm cookie at the door. not clean i saw mouse.
