  Arrived Dubai airport at 5.10am, took Emirates bus to Abu Dhabi, arrived hotel mid morning, very tired. Hotel staff made every effort to provide an earlier check in. Hotel has excellent facilities.   There is NO shadow of doubt that the hotel Sands staff are very polite, very fiendly and courteous all the way thru right from upon arriving and entering the lobby till I had to leave.The rooms and bathrooms everything is clean and lovely I was at the Harvester Pub, Chequers Bar and Tipar Bar and have no complaints. There is also a bus station right in front in hotel, even though buses are very slow in auh, pretty crowded and infrequent. Parking in hotel is free which is good. You can have great meals there without breaking the bank. Close to the main bus terminal. You take a bus on a day trip-shopping trip-to Dubai. You can go to Sharjah and from there visit all the other emirates. It is a conducive place to stay as it is your entry point to the UAE. Looking forward to staying there again and again.
