  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!
