Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were always attentive to our requests. The hotel also provides breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets for a set price which were always good value. They also provided free shuttle services at set times. One day those times didn't suit our needs, so the receptionist organised us a private shuttle bus instead (30 DHS to Dubai Mall) which we were happy with. I really enjoyed my stay, thank you to the crew very helpful! i really recommend this hotel to everyone, i was suppose to check in at 2pm but i arrived at the hotel at 2am and they gave me the room earlier at 8am...then i can have a rest and shower, the crew are really polite and happy face..
所有评语 » 1-My Rome 609 some problem In roof and floor Every time some leakage from roof and floor specify bath Rome and kichen Every time sleeping floor area off bath and kichen my be dangers for any one 2- every one hour drop & Pic Shuttle service facility to Burjman Center Metro Station. I liked that the apartment was spacious, clean & equipped with all the facilities , Also the location is good "Not very far from the metro station , about a 7-10 minutes walk", A/C was v. good and you can have a very good night sleep . coz the area is very quite. The staff were so patient and polite. the pick up service from the airport was faultless. Rooms were spacious ( dated but comfortable). pick up and drop off shuttles were useful ways of getting around. Meals there were cheap and pleasant..Free wifi in lobby. Value for money. Good location in the middle of old and new part of the city. Free parking. Tasty and various breakfast. Maybe a little bit too expensive. Nice swimming pool. Clean and spacious rooms, very well equipped. The staff are very helpful. Check in was fast and prompt even though we had arrived a bit early they gave us a room. Location is a short distance walking to the metro station. Upgraded to larger apartment. Very spacious and loads of storage area. Had a couple of small problems that were immediately resolved. Staff very helpfull and courtious. 1:Very friendly and helpful staff with one exception; 2:good location to visit new as well as old city; 3:value for money. The swimmingpool, steam, sauna. Breakfast was excellent, some more fruits could be welcome.Big comfortable rooms. Wi-Fi was the main Issue and it must be provided free of cost in the room like other hotel in the same budget. very friendly helpful staff a good budget hotel great value for money the free shuttle bus is a plus. The hotel apartment was good with all the necessary things. location. the stuff was very good. Wifi has a strong connection but works only in the lobby and dining areas. We were on the first floor but couldn't connect from there. However we were informed of all this prior to booking so we weren't really caught out. The lobby is comfortable enough for checking emails etc. nothing at all! i would love to go again!!! thank you winchester hotel you made my stay in Dubai !. The breakfast wasn't that good with a very limited variety, Also the room didn't have wi fi , only cable internet & people with tablets or mobiles can't access the internet from the room and had to go all the way down to the lobby to receive the signal. I thought I would be closer to shops and restaurants. It was a concrete jungle of apartment buildings and sand. I did find a mini supermarket 24hr one close otherwise one had to cab or use their shuttle services to get around. Don't like a charge for wifi in room but it is free in the lobby. We had booked paid hotel coach to airport at 4.45am. The night manager forced us to prepone the departure by 30 minutes by calling us at 4am, which was impossible. Actually he had allotted the same coach to another guest for 4.15am without our approval. Finally he got us a taxi but we were hassled and worried about missing the flight. Water pressure was sometimes low. breakfast was a little limited. Someone smoking on a non-smoking floor. Could hear in room next door. Building going on across road so noisy early in day and late in the evening. Excursions were pricey Toilets was overflowing. The breakfast is too monotonous, there should be variety and more to be selected from like in Golden Sand. Internet was only available at the lobby but it was free :). Food was quite expensive baring in mind we went during Ramadam and didn't have a choice of places to eat. limited shuttle service to points of interest. a little noisy when trying to sleep in late. One thing The chairs were to old and stinks bit. There was no internet in the rooms but I didn't mind since I needed a few days off work/internet. 15 min walk to metro is difficult in the summer heat. Breakfast, late clean the room, no Privacy at loppy. White lamps are so ugly, They should have used warm lights instead. charge for room wifi the housekeeping staff consist only of one young guy who didnt clean the room, he only made the beds and took out the trash. if only, the housekeeping can do his job, it would have been a great stay!. dirty toilet seat, black bathtub, old appliances. i didn't feel comfortable, the room was so smelly. location. Room service was not that good. I didn't like that when l first arrived the guy assigned for Airport pick up was not very helpful and that when we arrived at the hotel early for check in, we were not told that check in would be strictly at 2pm instead they- reception kept saying 5 more mins until it was 2pm on dot. it would have been helpful to gentle remind me about the check in time. old hotel & furniture. not flixable in dealing with customer, as we paid for breakfast, and I thought will finish services at 10.30 am, but it was 10 am, and refused to servise and tea/ coffee,... even they were taking the food out!!!. very bad smell bathroom was dirty no hygiene indian food smell every were very poor breakfast Buffet and indian food mainly. slow Internet speed, over smoked rooms, bad smells, poor breakfast.
