  Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests. Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels. I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort. Facilities are good , food is good but not high quality. Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)

  we really like the hotel ambiance and our room and the facilities, the foods was excellent, we got free upgrade to junior suite which made the weekend getaway more memoreable for both of us, the location is very near to Dubai (where we are living); and it was really such a relaxing moment for both of us, definitely will come back to try the spa! -... 别人怎么说 » the hotel was great, we were happy we were upgraded to a bigger room, everything was just beautiful, very relaxing stay, many watersport activities.   Al Hamra Fort and Beach Resort is perfect escape to unwind. I love the rakDuty Free provided in the hotel. - It was a return to Ras Al Khaimah after 33 years. Very pleased to see such a luxurious resort. The restaurant manager Mr. Abraham was very friendly and efficient.
