  We stayed at the Kostandi for four nights. This hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you climb the stairs to the third floor--with landings between the floors--and enter the door to the hotel, you find yourself in a palace! The a/c worked like a charm. The staff all spoke English and was very helpful. We ate breakf - - Room was clean and spacious enough.   This Hotel is own by family and they are so friendly for everyone. I like this AptDom is better than Blacksea hotel. This is not center of city but safe location. You can find reasonable restraint near by This AptDom. Clean and right price in Odessa. - you can go to swim about 10 minutes by walk.
