  First, Big Lux is made much better simply because of Valerij the Property Manager. Uopn making my reservation, I received a text from Val, making all of the pickup arrangements at Kiev-Borispol airport for me and my girlfriend, arriving from separate cities. This relieved a lot of stress. When we departed, Val made two airport trips...one at 10 am... 别人怎么说 » and one at 3 am. He also waited in the car for an hour for an hour while I had coffee with my gf before she departed. Amazing!! The transport was for - I did like the approach and availability of Valery. He is good person, honest and have a great relation and advises to customers. The area location of the appartment was just at correct place in the center of Kiev. I will not hesitate to rent again with big lux if needed.

  Me and my friend spent 5 days in one of the apartments and we totally enjoyed our stay.
