  I just spent a week at SPA Hotel Maristella (Oct. 11-18). This hotel is very close to the beach so the location is ideal for warm and swimming weather. It was already too cold for that, so I spent most of my free time taking taxis to the city. That's about 20 minutes away and about $10 each way.   Wonderful!!, this is my comment to my staying at Riviera Apartments, it realy exceed my expectations, and Sergey is a really nice guy, who have took great care of us, so everything was great. I just can wait to visit Odessa at summer, of course at Riviera:)
