  The shining light was Bronwyn on reception. She called me prior to our stay to check they'd got the correct type of room from the booking. She was lovely when we arrived and chatted about our trip (we were competing at a horse event) as well as asking how we had got on when we returned each day. Bronwyn is a credit to the company. - Very friendly welcome from staff, and our room was excellent. Nice sized bath, comfy and large bed and the hotel was nice and quiet noise wise, always welcomed when hoping for a decent nights sleep.

  The reception staff were very helpful and the booking/checking process was swell handled. The staff at breakfast time were also very helpful and friendly and made sure that not just I, but everybody else felt welcome and looked after. The whole site was well presented and certainly gave the impression of being a well managed and happy business. - ... 别人怎么说 » The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was very comfortable true to the ads bed wasjuust like our own. We stayed in the Holiday Inn for 1 night last May and didn't sleep very well so will chose Premeir every time now.
