Collette was at the desk when we arrived, we were in a hurry to attend a family party, she booked a taxi for us and made up the extra bed,great service. The tea and coffee making facilities were very welcome, thanks. Breakfast at the Beefeater next door was excellent, huge choice and well cooked to order. Charlotte had run a message to the hotel for me the previous day and asked if all had gone well, she really went the extra mile.

Location was perfect for Brands Hatch. Hotel staff all very welcoming and cheerful. Food at Beefeater was very good, as we're the staff. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The staff were exceptionally obliging and attentive. Rooms were good quality and very clean. Staff very welcoming and professional, room clean and modern with all the little extras. Staff were super friendly. Hotel was a good Premier Inn. Restaurant next door was good. Staff well trained, room clean and large (although the shower gel dispenser was empty). Very friendly staff, especially the lady doing early evening shift Sat 13th July. Staff were excellent very helpful, the breakfast was very good and good value. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, also the staff in the restaurant. Convenient base for our visits to friends in the area. The bed was the comfiest hotel bed ive ever slept in. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Well trained, happy, attentive staff. Ideal location for Brands hatch. I thought everything was good. Helpful friendly staff. All of it except. Near motorway. N/a. The staff were amazing. Good breakfast. Spacious rooms. Interconnecting rooms. Reasonable value for money. efficient, & you get what you expect. The staff were very friendly :). The room, shower and bed. staff good. Bathroom beginning to be in need of refurbishment, grout around bath looking grubby with mildew. The pillows are very lumpy and uncomfortable . nothing. Mobile phone black-spot and great difficulty getting Internet. This made the stay very stressful because I had very specific reasons to need to stay in touch with business and personal matters during this particular week. The only reason I would not recommend ths hotel. Having to pay £3 for 24hr access to Wi-Fi was odd as most hotels give this service foc. No air-con. ( but then this current weather is exceptional ). The Room was clean and presentation was fine but overall the place felt a 'bit tired' could do with a refurbishment. Better pillows would have been good. We had a quad room for 1 adult and 1 child age 15 which was fine but if there were 4 people it would have been a bit small. Proximity to main road made it a bit noisy. Room had a bit of a musty smell to it. Bedside lighting. No mobile phone signal AT ALL within the hotel and restaurant. I was a little bit concerned when I tried ringing the hotel after we had left to see if they had found my sons ipad there was no reply I would have thought they might have tried to ring of e mail me to say they had found it. No free wifi. 50 meters to the main desk. 150 meters round trip to the car carrying shopping. No toilet brush, how bizarre! No phone in room and main desk 100 meter round trip. Phone reception very poor (Voda). Internet dodgy. 1. Noisy 2. Headline Address was not specific enough and GPS took us to Tonbridge. Could not access Directions link while travelling. n/. rooms for families were on the first floor and a bit of a trek. Most people with kids have a lot of baggage and to have to cart it all up stairs is a drag, especially without a lift. one member of reception staff did not pass on to us an important message from some friends who were also staying there. It had been a very warm day: there was no way to cool the room - no airco, just an airwarmer! - the window only opened 10 cm & with 4 in a room it was quite unpleasant during the night... Distance from entrance to room! Noise from doors slamming and children running around and shouting. Not being able to pay cash without a passport!. The floor above was so noisy at 4am on both nights of our stay. Could do with some soundproofing!. food and service was pool. tired, not up to standard.
