  Very Friendly helpful. felt very welcome. Bed comfortable clean room with TV kettle etc allessentials. I liked the selection of fresh fruit instead of usual boring biscuists.there was a good room service menu which I did not use but when I went to the bar they were very helpful about making me a meal. tho technically closed.   friendly staff - good position for my requirements, they are still finding their feet but could not have been more accomodating. I hope to be able to stay again in the future - It is right next to the river which i expect would be great in the summer months.It is only a short walk to the centre of town.
