  The breakfasts were excellent and we could come and go as we please.Room were big and comfy and the location of the hotel is very nice.   Everything at Prospect House and Whitby was perfect ,the proximity of the transport connections and town area was just right-close without being in it. The breakfasts were really substantial and the proprietress made everybody feel totally welcome - The room was really lovely.modern decorated Bed was comfortable.
