  This apartment style Hotel is positively the best accommodation that as a Business Traveler I have ever had the pleasure of sampling. The appartment we had (Shore) was up a couple of flights of stairs off an inner courtyard. It was surprisingly spacious with a large hall, bedroom and bathroom, a comfortable lounge and galley style kitchen. All equipped in a contemporary style, so much for the money compared to a hotel room. We had our large puppy with us and his crate bed could sit in the hall without getting in anybody's way.   The first stop on our honeymoon, and stayed in the annexe. This room was located across from the main hotel. It was very quite, well appointed with everything you needed for a nights stay. The bathroom was great, funky blue light under the mirror, very modern and clean. Bed comfortable. with additional blankets and pillows if you need them. Breakfast - The White House Hotel was a very nice surprise for us and we certainly can recommend this hotel to fellow travellers. We were in the annex room 19 which was handy for us with parking and if door open a view to golf course and the cliffs. Breakfast was especially nice with the services of Kristy & Cystral and their humorous remarks to us Aussies. A beautiful walk into Whitby along the cliff top or you can go along by the esplanade. We had dinner at the hotel on one night and we can't praise

  we were greeted well and made to feel very welcome right from the off - the kids did dig into the complementary sweets a bit much though (sorry about that!). We booked Rooms 1 + 2 and both were decorated to a great standard. They were very comfortable, light and airy. Hotel very clean, felt like a home away from home. Loved it, would stay there again, location excellent.
