Really close to Weymouth train station and local buses, and just across the road from the glorious beach. Lesley and Clive were fantastic hosts. Our room was to the back of the hotel, and was really quite. It was lovely and clean, and we loved the decor. The homemade cake by their son-in-law was beautiful. The breakfast was great. Loads of cereal choices, and great full English, plus you can mix and match as you wanted. The food took around 20 minutes to arrive, but this is far less than ho.
所有评语 » The owners Leslie & Clive made us feel very welcome straight away, our room was lovely and great little touches , was extremely clean, the décor was lovely also. The breakfast was first class, did not need to eat anything until the evening as was too full, the quality of the breakfast was second to none. The hard work that the owners put in was certainly noticeable throughout our stay we will definatly be staying here again and was well worth the long journey from Essex. Welcoming, friendly hosts who were happy to make adjustments for a young family Generous hospitality trays that were fully replenished daily Fabulous breakfasts - range of choice and good portions Extra touches, such as welcome chocolates, toiletries, extra pillows, plus TV lounge and fridge for guest use (both of which were great as parents with a young child) Memory foam mattresses Free parking Location and proximity to beach. Very friendly reception, very clean rooms and fantatic breakfast. We could not have had such a wonderful nights stay. Clive and Lesely made such an effort as it was my partners birthday with a card and balloon and sprinkles on the table at breakfast time. We would thouroughly recommend Alendale to anyone wanting a truely welcome stay. Thank you so much we will definately return. We were very pleased we chose Alendale as a place to stay in Weymouth. Clive and Lesley were very friendly and helpful hosts. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. There were lovely extra touches and the breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice. The location was perfect and it was great to have free parking . On arrival we as in the group received a warm welcome, we were offered the choices for breakfast as some of the menu required fresh goods, we were advised of the choices of pillow available and as a keen photographer places of interest and recommended restaurants to visit, which we did. the amenities were close as was the beach. A lovely and comfortable BandB .Well decorated.Comfortable beds.Good selection for breakfast,which was made when ordered,and came pipping hot,,There was bottles water,biscuits and a selection of hot drinks set outin bedrooms The proprietress were very welcoming and friendly and made our stay there memorable . Lesley & Clive were very welcoming and friendly hosts. Good choice for breakfast. Nice personal touches, such as toiletries, a surprise easter treat & spare pillows in the wardrobe were much appreciated. Excellent location close to town. Would recommend staying at Alendale & we would stay again. The family room was excellent, the location was great as it is literally by the beach and the breakfast was superb. The owners (Lesley and Clive) were very kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay at the Alendale and we will definitely be coming back. I would recommend the Alendale to everyone!. We had a wonderful 3 days the couple were friendly and couldn't do enough for you it was very clean and the breakfast was well cooked with the freshest ingredients all from local farms outstanding also the tables were set with pure white covers and lovely crockery hope to back sometime. The room was very clean and comfortable. Tea/Coffee/biscuits and fresh bottled water were supplied daily. As was complimentary shower soaps and soft fluffy clean towels. The breakfast served daily were second to none and the owners really friendly. Excellent value for money. The welcome we received on arrival made you feel relaxed the room was very clean the hospitality tray had tea coffee chocolate and bottled water on it also snacks the choose of things on the breakfast menu was excellent leslie and Clive could not do enough for you. The breakfasts were excellent, always freshly cooked. Clive and Lesley were very friendly and welcoming and no request was too much trouble for them. The view from the room overlooking the beach was lovely. We very much enjoyed our stay at Alendale, thank you. Clive and Lesley are the warmest of hosts. The accommodations are located right on the ocean front promenade -- lots of walking and healthy sea air. We truly enjoyed the full English breakfast each morning. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. A very warm welcome from Lesley and Clive the breakfast were as described by others a good selection of cereal,juices,, fresh fruit etc and the full English was one of the best we have ever had.We will certainly will be back. A very nice guest house and conveniently situated for access to the town at a short walk away. The breakfast was superb and set us up for the day.We were made to feel most welcome by the proprietors.Would def stay there again. It was stiflingly hot so we had to have the windows open constantly and being in the front (family) room meant there was quite a lot of traffic noise in the day, but it wasn't a problem at night. Nothing not to like. It was only a weekend break. We cannot fault this B and at all it is a very good place to stay. None. There was nothing to dislike. Nothing = everything was just perfect. We couldn't find anything wrong at all everything was perfect!. The shower cubicle is in need of updating but Clive is planning to carry this work out soon. This however, did not spoil our stay. Nothing. Nothing to dislike. no faults at all. Sorry but we could not fault it at all.Everything was spot on. there is nothing not to like. Minor issue with water pressure in the shower, but a very small inconvenience. Nothing. Tiny bathroom, road noise (was warned, so can't really complain), parking restricted and if had been busier they may have had to move my car (its a rental - against the rules),. Traffic noise as we had a front room. Weymouth, the land time forgot. there was nothing we didn't like. I, personally, found the duvet too hot which gave me an uncomfortable night. I know this is unusual but I would prefer blankets to a duvet as they are easier to adjust. (No need to quote this part of my review!). nothing. not applicable.
