We received a warm welcome. The room we were provided with had a comfortable queen size bed, Sky TV in a room that was decorated in white and pastel blue in a light contemporary style. It was lovely and quiet... we thought we were the only ones staying until breakfast. At breakfast the atmosphere was calm and relaxed with conversation between guests, initiated by the staff. Real care for guests made our stay worth every penny. Will definitely look it up it that way again.
所有评语 » I was a solo traveller. I found this guest house friendly , clean & comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights in a double room on the ground floor. The room was tastefully decorated with a small and functional ensuite. The hotel was approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of Warwick. Car parking at the front of the house was small but there is further parking across the road. James and his staff are doing as excellent job. I would definitely return. Low key and solid service from James, despite the poor chap's football injury. Breakfast a good full English. The attic, family room was a great place for us to retreat to after a couple of long days researching the local uni. Teenager liked that there were lots of accessible points to recharge the necessaries. Also very quiet while we were there. Brilliant find. Great Value for money. We had paid for a double room but upgraded to the Family Room which was huge - we will certainly stay again with our children in toe. The guest house is currently having some cosmetic changes - rooms are stylish and very clean. Breakfast was fab and the location perfect for our needs. Fantastic staff were very accommodating and friendly. I had a foreign friend visiting and booked her a stay at this hotel, she was so impressed, they chatted to her at breakfast and even gave complimentary sandwich for her onward journey. Room was spacious and had all facilities required, absolutely thrilled with the place!. Myself and my two daughters went to Warwick for a relaxing week-end. we were so pleased with our room,the guest house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The young man that runs it does a mean breakfast and is so pleasant and polite,i look forward to going there again :). The family room was spacious, large T.V and sofa. Double bed and 2 single beds, en-suite shower room. Nicely decorated and clean. 10 minute walk to Warrick Castle, plenty of choice of restaurants, take-aways and pubs for meals. We only stayed 1 night, but would happily have stayed longer. Spacious clean family room with very comfortable settee,useful table and superb television. Ideal accommodation for visiting the castle and shopping in Warwick. The breakfast was excellent no sign of grease on the plate and nicely presented. A great stay!. The location was good-near to the park with lots of things to do. The family room was clean and spacious and perfect for young children. There was the added bonus of a lounge area with Sky tv! The television in our room wasn't working so we reported it to staff who then stopped what he was doing and came to sort it out for us. breakfasts were excellent, well cooked, well presented, good choice. very helpful owner, good information regarding local attractions, walks, shops, etc. room comfortable, clean and warm for November. The owner was really friendly and graciously accommodated me when I turned up early to leave my bags. The room was really comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was excellent!. Nothing!. shower low power. lack of hot water from sink tap. 15 min walk out of the centre of town but wouldn't be a problem if you had a car. the wash basin outside the bathroom, armchair looked dirty. Everything was perfect. Nothing. The shower had very low pressure and didn't really work well. And at breakfast it wasn't clear whether we could ask for a second helping (and we were too timid to ask). Nothing really, bit of a walk from the station and the Castle after a concert but most people would drive. Nothing. No dislikes. Shower was not very powerful & a little small. Nothing. We liked it all. I miss my bath as we only had a shower cubicle!. Not the hotels fault but there was a train I think that passes on an evening (this didn't disturb us though). nothing. Parking could be a problem but not on this occasion. Bathroom door didn't open very well! Had to be open from the bedroom side so thankfully there was two of us!!. nothing. Didn't stay long enough. only a shower, a bath would have been appreciated. Nothing :).
