This hotel was perfect for us, with two boys aged 12 & 13, good sized room, everything you need for a stop over, good breakfast with lots of choice. Staff were lovely and helped us find somewhere for an evening meal as the pub next door was extremely busy. Fantastic value for money and in a nice location with lots close by. Excellent room, lots of space and very comfortable bed. Large bathroom too, so we never felt cramped. The receptionist was very helpful and sorted out a problem over the layout of the twin/double room very quickly. The pub next door had good quality food, although we did have to wait 30 mins for a table.
所有评语 » As always with the Premier's the bed was lovely! The staff on arrival and departure were really helpful. The Swan pub attached had a compact but really good menu and the staff there were really attentive. Would defo stay here again :). Large bed, clean sheets, extra pillows, adjacent to pub for breakfast, lovely helpful receptionist. Receptionist was able to help with setting up room as we had booked it while we ate. A friendly welcome from staff & a cool drink for all the family @ reception it was very much appreciated as it was a hot day and we had just drove 1.5hrs with 5 very excited kids. The accommodation and receptions staff were excellent with regards to customer service and cleanliness of the room. Staff were friendly and helpful in all respects. Everything. Staff very friendly. Close proximity to a nice pub, as with all Premier Inns. Good price and will definately stay again. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Large family room. Very good breakfast. The pub next door is excellent!!!!. location was very near the venue we were visiting and the room was very comfortable and staff very helful. Also the park opposite the Premier Inn was great for playing in,. lovely and quiet and the mattress was sooooo comfy and fab power shower. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy with extra pilllows. Staff were very friendly. Rooms very clean. easy access to M6. value for money. convenient location. Close to family. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast was a bit disorganised, quite a bit of waiting for more coffee, bowls, cutlery etc. letsbookhotel.com had booked wrong type of room different from my confirmation (no kids beds made up).If we had arrived late with tired kids this would not have been a good scenario. towels were completely thread bare - holes in all large towels. We were charged an adults breakfast price for a 5th child. Their is no policy for the hotel to bill for an extra childs breakfast and we were over charged for an Adults breakfast & as I paid cash I couldn't get a refund from the v helpful hotel staff and through no fault of their own -All due to hotel policies. Unfortunately the Breakfast room was poor despite the fact that the food was probably okay. However, the cleanliness of the room and the shabbiness of the furniture and fittings leaves a lot to be desired. We therefore only used the room once and this was a big disappointment. This room needs a thorough upgrade including re painting and new furniture and carpeting. This aspect of the total accommodation package needs urgent attention. the pub attached to the hotel was very busy and the food suffered as a result. The mattress was a bit too firm, but other than that, all ok. I would use the hotel again. Breakfast was served on cold plates and the bacon and tomatoes were stone cold. Noisy extraction fan in bathroom. The standard of the car park and the actual apporach towards the reception of the accomdation. bit warm in the room and couldn't adjust the air con and the fan was a bit annoying. Room to small for two put you up beds. Room very hot and stuffy. Breakfast was a complete disaster. Buffet empty by 9am. Staff admitted they didn't have enough pairs' of hands. No milk, no cereal bowls. Cooked breakfast arrived before even able to get a cup of tea. Let alone cereal or toast. didn't get a good nights sleep as room was next to main door. Breakfast was slow but good. very basic facilities. Expensive, charge for the internet use.
